These patterns were designed for the outdoor brand Fjällräven and applied to their merchandise, including the iconic Fjällräven Kånken bag. The goal for this patterned line was to give an exciting, new feel to Fjällräven and encourage people to go outside. The patterns are inspired by flowers found in Hawai’i: the puakenikeni and red ginger. These floral patterns stay true to Fjällräven’s brand while incorporating the aloha spirit. The illustrations on the merchandise were inspired by images that I took.
